How do you ship locally?
We use Singpost Smartpac for reliable shipping locally.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship your items direct from Singapore by registered mail via SingPost.
Will we be able to track the shipment?
We will disclose the order's tracking number so you will be able to verify the status of your parcel.
Do you provide other ways of shipping?
Yes, we do. Just drop us a line at email@example.com and we will advise you on relevant shipping ways and their charges.
How long will it take before I get my purchase?
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can during weekdays.
What happens if the goods are lost or damaged?
We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Paypal / Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. We reserve the right to deny any order that may warrant concern or suspicion.
Upon checkout, select the Paypal Website Payments Standard mode of payment and proceed with Paypal’s instructions. You may still select this mode of payment even if you do not have a Paypal account.
All transactions are in Singapore dollars (SGD$).
EXCHANGE / RETURNS
For all online purchases, byADELINEL will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
If the replacement size you require is not available, you will be entitled to return the item and you will be refunded.
To exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item and purchase the new item as a separate order.
To facilitate a successful exchange, please ensure that your item meets these conditions:
- Items to be exchanged must reach us within 5 working days (Singapore orders) or 14 working days (international orders) from the date the item was signed for
- All items must have their tags intact and uncut
- All items must not be damaged, stained, washed and in the original condition they were sold
- Stained items will be subject to a dry clean charge if the stains cannot be removed the item will be returned to the purchaser and the exchange will not proceed
- Postal costs for returning the items are borne by the purchaser
- Duties and taxes on the replacement item are borne by the purchaser
byADELINEL reserves the right to deny an exchange on any item where the above conditions have not been met. We thank you for kind understanding.
To exchange an item, notify us and quote the order number as reference. Let us know the replacement size so that we can check on availability and put the item on hold.
It is recommended for you to use a secure and trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of postage.
Once items arrive we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Exchange Conditions. If these conditions are met, we will dispatch the replacement size within the next 2 working days.
